Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager at TopRevenue, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives. You will lead our content marketing efforts, engage with audiences across multiple platforms, and ensure our brand voice resonates with our target market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, fostering relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Analyze metrics and performance data to measure success, making adjustments to strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to continually improve our approach.
- Organize and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that align with business requirements and audience interests.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing the effectiveness of campaigns and the engagement growth.
- Conduct competitor research to identify strengths and opportunities for TopRevenue’s social media presence.
- Oversee and guide the social media interns or junior staff in executing their responsibilities effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional understanding of audience engagement and customer dynamics across channels.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to change and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online marketing principles is preferred but not required.
